Stephanie has been in the financial industry for over 13 years and has been with Arundel Federal since 2010. Since joining the Arundel Federal team, she took an interest in mortgage lending which lead her to become a loan originator. Stephanie makes it a priority to fully understand her borrower’s financial needs throughout the entire mortgage process. She is dedicated to creating a smooth and enjoyable experience whether you are purchasing, refinancing or you just need information about mortgages.

KEVIN MICHNO
Kevin is an experienced executive with more than 30+ years in the mortgage and banking industry and a licensed Real Estate agent. Prior to his employment at Arundel Federal he was the Senior Vice President of Expansion and Business Development at Apex Home Loans and President of Mercantile Mortgage, LLC (acquired by PNC).
A Maryland native, Kevin graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School and Loyola University Maryland with a degree in business administration. He is also a licensed Real Estate agent. He previously served on the Board of Governors for the Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association and Home Builders Association of Maryland.
Kevin lives with his wife Anne in Ellicott City and enjoys golfing at Rolling Road Golf Club.

I recently joined Arundel Federal Savings Bank in June 2023, with a focus on Construction to Permanent financing. Our one-time close program is one of the best products in the industry. Bringing Mortgage exposure to Harford County will be one of my primary goals.
Throughout my 35-year career, I have been responsible for everything from originating to managing a team of loan officers. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Towson State University. Happily married with three sons, one of my favorite pastimes has been coaching my sons in baseball and basketball while they were growing up. I enjoy spending time with family and friends at our vacation home in Ocean City, Maryland.
